The Role:

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Automation Developer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for -

· Design, develop, and maintain Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions and collaborate with various departments to automate and optimize business processes.

· Comprehensive understanding of the components of the Microsoft Power Platform.

· This includes Power Apps for app development, Power Automate for workflow automation, Power BI for data visualization, and other related components.

· Familiarity with these components and their respective capabilities is essential to effectively leverage the Power Platform for digital transformation and business process optimization.

· Create custom connectors for Microsoft Power Automate and underlining the business and its challenges, functionally outlining a solution to the identified use cases, and then doing development using Power Platform, also working with the development team when additional developments, including in Dataverse, SQL, Azure, etc.

· Develop and foster a deep understanding of RPA, Power platform, and other related frameworks.

· Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and create tailor-made solutions to address their requirements.

· Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance to ensure the reliability and performance of RPA, Power automate, and Power App solutions.

· Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including specifications, user guides, and best practices for RPA, Power platform, and DU Framework implementations.

Skills and Competencies:

· Experience utilizing Microsoft Power Platform – Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse and Power Virtual Agents, Dataverse

· Provide analysis, estimates, and supporting technical documentation for projects.

· Assist with new customer implementations and escalated support cases from existing customers.

· Build PowerBI reports and dashboards.

· Ensure that application and integration designs are consistent with industry best practices including scalability, availability, maintainability, and flexibility.

· Experience working with SharePoint Online and MS Teams and utilizing Power Apps and Power Automate to extend SharePoint functionality.

· Understanding of Power Platform licensing model and limits.

· .Net development experience with C#, ASP.Net, .Net Core, Entity Framework, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS is an asset.

· Experience with other RPA-related tools & technologies is an added advantage.

· Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

· Strong communication and collaboration skills.
